Attract Qualified Visitors #187

The reason that most websites have a low conversion rate is because they are attracting visitors that have no business being at their site. To increase your conversion rate modify the titles and description of your SEM (search engine marketing) and PPC (pay per click) campaigns. By telling potential visitors exactly what is at your site you are sure to attract more qualified visitors and thus increase conversion. SECRET TIP: State in titles and descriptions what you offer and who the product is for to increase conversion rates.

The Device That Makes Your Customers Say "Oh, Now It Makes Sense" #1161

Want to impress your customers? Present a product that they will instantly understand. One that will seem so natural that they will wonder why they had ever settled for something cumbersome. One that meets a need which clearly calls out for a product.

So how will you try to make something like this? Try asking yourself questions such as...

1. What has my company done well in the past that isn't being done well now?
2. What are my customers looking for that is difficult to find or obscure?
3. What are my customers *not* looking for? Is the reason that it simply hasn't been made, or is the reason that it has been cheaply made or poorly marketed?
4. What are my company's goals? Can they be fully achieved in the near future?
5. Is there an idea that my company can borrow or adapt without getting in serious trouble?

Chat Rooms #303

Participate in chat rooms related to the product or services you are selling or reselling. Start a conversation, or dialogue, with people without trying to sell to them. Later on, while you are chatting, mention the product you're reselling.

Encourage Feedback #183

Make it easy for your visitors to ask questions and you will see a dramatic increase in conversions. An "FAQ" or "Frequently Asked Questions" section is not enough, you must either place a link to an email address (preferably an active one) or provide a support form or support ticket system. SECRET TIP: Place a picture of your support staff on your contact page and you'll get even more feedback. Afraid of being bombarded with SPAM? Use a tool which masks your email address from spiders!
